Any delivery timeframes shown at checkout or on our website are estimates and not guarantees.
Address responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address is correct before placing an order. If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, we may be unable to replace or refund the order.

7) Returns, refunds, and cancellations
7.1 Change-of-mind returns (unopened products only)
For hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns of unopened bottles, unless we agree otherwise in exceptional circumstances (see below).
To request a return, email help@trybiorali.com with your order number and your request. If approved, you must return the product to the returns address listed above.
Return postage:
• Change-of-mind returns: paid by the customer
• Faulty/damaged/incorrect items (or where the bottle arrived opened): we will cover reasonable return postage or provide another suitable remedy, but proof will be required.
7.2 Exceptional circumstances (opened products)
In exceptional circumstances, we may choose to approve a refund or partial refund for an opened bottle. This is decided case-by-case at our discretion and may require evidence (for example, photos).
7.3 Faulty, damaged, incorrect, or opened-on-arrival items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or with a bottle opened upon arrival, contact us as soon as possible at help@trybiorali.com and provide supporting proof (e.g., photos). We will assess and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, resend, refund, or partial refund.
7.4 Your statutory rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Where the law provides cancellation/return rights, those rights apply. However, certain items may be exempt from return once unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons.

8) 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee that starts from the delivery date, subject to these rules:
1. Eligibility: Applies to both first-time customers and subscribers.
2. Unopened only: Guarantee refunds apply to unopened bottles only, unless we agree otherwise in exceptional circumstances (see Section 7.2).
3. How to claim: Email help@trybiorali.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number and request.
4. Returns required: If your request is approved, you must return the unopened product(s) to the returns address above.
5. Refund timing: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process the refund to the original payment method.
Note: We may refuse claims where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or abnormal ordering/return patterns.

9) Subscriptions and recurring billing
If you purchase a subscription, you authorise recurring charges according to the plan you selected at checkout (for example, monthly or multi-month bundles), unless and until cancelled.
Managing or cancelling your subscription
You can manage your subscription in one of the following ways:
• Email: You may email help@trybiorali.com to request changes or cancellation; and/or
• Subscription portal: If you purchased through this website, you will receive a subscription portal link by email after purchase (where available); and/or
• PayPal: If you paid via PayPal, you may also cancel the subscription directly in PayPal.
No pre-charge cut-off; 1-week post-delivery stop rule
We do not operate a strict “cut-off window” before a subscription charge.
However, if you do not wish the subscription to continue, you have one (1) week from the delivery date of the subscription order to email us stating you do not wish to continue. Upon receiving your request:
• We will stop future subscription renewals; and
• The most recent subscription charge will be refunded once the bottle(s) from that subscription delivery have been returned to us and received at the returns address above (unopened only, unless exceptional circumstances apply).
Return postage for this process is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty/damaged/incorrect or arrived opened (with proof).

10) Lost parcels and delivery issues
• Incorrect address provided by customer: If the parcel is lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we will not refund.
• Courier issue: If the parcel is lost due to a courier issue (and not due to address error), we will resend the order at no extra charge or, where appropriate, offer another suitable resolution.
